Nu har man blivit ett år äldre och är nu 24 år. Träningen rullar på och går riktigt bra.
Har varit i utö nu i helgen och tagit de lungt. Blev dock två löpningspass och en massa vila med sol (inge bad) och njutit av att vara ledig.
Har kört rätt mycket fyrhjuling nu de senaste dagarna och det är så sjukt kul! Hittat en grusgrop nära där jag bor och shit vad det är galet att köra på grus!
Idag har jag varit och jobbat och tränat BJJ. Nu är det snart dags för andra passet som kommer att bli ett styckepass.
Ikväll när jag kommer hem ska jag bara ta de lungt och göra så lite som möjligt=)
På lördag är det dags för tävling igen det är grappling ligan. Ska köra -77 kilo avancerade och hoppas att det kommer komma mycket folk så att man får gå många matcher! Känns riktigt bra i formen även att jag mest kört med dräkt de senaste dagarna.
