Igår blev det ett löppass på morgonen och överkropp på kvällen. När jag skulle försöka mig på chinsen igen så blev det istället för mina manliga grymtningar något i stil med ett väldigt flickigt pipande. Förvånad och lite generad var jag tacksam över att det var näst intill tomt på gymet.
Idag blev det löpning igen på morgonen. Märkte hur jäkla långsamt jag joggade (springa kan man knappast kalla det) när först en tjej drog om mig och sedan ytterligare en. Det kunde tyvärr inte min tävlingshjärna tillåta så det var bara att kuta om vilket innabar att när jag nått mitt mål hade jag gått in i väggen totalt.
Nu repar jag mig med havegrynsgröt och några baconskivor. Tyvärr kan jag inte äta ägg än pga för mycket tidigare äggätande.
För en gång skull ligger jag bra till viktmässigt mycket tack vare matförgiftningen förra veckan. Aptiten blir inte riktigt densamma efter en sådan utflykt.
