I want to thank all of you who helped me during this week!
First off I want to thank my family for all the support, I couldn’t have done this without you! My parents are my biggest fans and their support has been crucial for me.

My team: My manager Manos Terzitane, my brother Arben Latifi who got me in to MMA and has always been my biggest supporter, my coach Selman Berisha, trainingpartner Theodoros Tounousidis and my PR agent Agim Berisha. My two cousins Naim and Kushtrim Latifi for all the help during last week.
And last but not least – All my fans around the world! The support you have shown is incredible and I’m really happy for it! When I walked in to the fight I thought the roof would cave in, the cheering was insane!

For the first time in my life and don’t care about my name being misspelled but it’s Ilir Latifi :) So when people say that they can’t find any info on me it’s because my name was misspelled :)
I’m so happy for getting this shot and I’m really going to do my best to give all the fans an exciting fight! I feel bad that my ticket to The UFC had to come this way, with a friend getting injured, but fortunately it was nothing serious and Alexander will be back soon and stronger than ever! Feel better Alex!!!!!!!

Har varit lite nere efter att min match ställdes in så har inte haft någon vidare lust att blogga men nu är det dags att ta nya tag! Tyvärr måste jag börja med något tråkigt, en stor legend har gått bort. Ramon Dekkers var en av de största namnen inom stående fighting och även en stor förebild, både för mig och för min bror Arben och att få ha träffat honom är en stor ära för oss.
Vila i frid Ramon!

Gjorde en videoblogg igår för att hålla er uppdaterade om vad som händer just nu i mitt liv, att skriva är inte riktigt min grej så jag kommer filma mer och skriva mindre i fortsättningen :).

Jag har under några gjort maxlyft… tycker egentligen inte det passar min kropp då skaderisken är ganska hög men det är kul att se vart man står och dessutom går Läs mer →

Yo! Tog min första träningsrunda runt Djurgården idag, knät känns inte alls helt 100 men det börjar bli bättre, gick hyfsat snabbt utan att försöka ta i för mkt! Har Läs mer →
